Nielsen Architecture repurposed and redesigned an existing Sam’s Club into a 1000 desk call center. The project involved an interior remodel of approximately 135,000 square feet and an exterior remodel of the existing metal building, including the addition of a new entrance façade, hardscape design, new entryways, and exterior patios. The interior of the building includes various features such as a coffee bar, fitness center, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and the 1000 desk call center.
