Located at the head of a large clearing adjacent to Tanyard Creek, the 3,500 square foot multipurpose golf facility serves as the gateway to the transformed valley now home to an expansive driving range. The building blends modern aesthetics with a nod to local architecture made famous by Fay Jones. Overlapping low-sloped shed roofs with generous overhangs provide shade, weather protection, and a strong architectural identity. Natural materials and warm finishes are paired with contemporary detailing to create a refined yet approachable environment
The facility was designed as a year-round destination for practice, instruction, retail, and social interaction. The facility consolidates key golf functions into a compact, highly visible structure that supports both active training and casual gathering.
Program elements include private indoor training rooms, club repair and custom fitting, golf merchandise, full-service bar, and a large indoor golf simulator with spectator seating for small gatherings or social events. The bar and lounge area serves as a central hub, reinforcing the clubhouse’s role as a place to gather before and after practice sessions.
The clubhouse opens directly to a covered and heated driving range, allowing year-round use regardless of weather. Expansive glazing along the primary elevation provides uninterrupted views across the driving range while visually connecting interior activity with outdoor practice. Adjacent to the building, putting and chipping greens support short-game training, while a shaded outdoor patio offers comfortable seating and viewing of the range, extending the social experience outdoors.
